If you have not yet watched Avatar: The Last Airbender, go to Netflix and watch it right now. We'll wait. Actually, if you have watched it, take this time to watch it again. It's definitely worth a repeat viewing.
Okay, now we're all refreshed on the awesomeness that is Aang and the Gang. And thus I pose to you these three questions:
Originally this was two questions, but I broke apart my first question into the first two above, which means I don't even have answers to all three questions yet. I will have to ponder this.
For question 2, my answer is Iroh, no question. The man isn't perfect, he makes mistakes, but he's incredibly noble and has learned from his mistakes.
Question 3 I know is Zuko, at least for those people I consider friends who have already seen the show and made it a point to tell me that they think I'm Zuko. Given how his character arc ends, I can live with that.

1 and 3: Katara. We watched this series while it was still on the air (I remember anticipating the end with such bittersweet joy), and my brothers made a point to remind me how like Katara I am, especially when she was being bossy. I have that Mother Hen thing over my group of friends down pat.
2: Ummm...I wouldn't mind being Katara if I got to trade in water bending for fire, and got to hook up with Zuko (despite that, I am not a Katara/Zuko shipper and I am glad who she finally ended up with).
ALSO have you heard they are doing another one? It's called the Legend of Korra. The previews so far look great.
Mmmmm Zuko. He and Iroh are my favorite characters.
Yeah, they had a pretty strong thing going on there for awhile and I'm all, What about Aang?! What about Mae?! That ended pretty awesome.
I'm obviously the flying buffalo though sometimes I might want to be the giant mystically wise lion-turtle-island...
We're only partway through season 2, but I'll give it a shot...
1. I'm sick yet again, so I feel like the cabbage merchant who's always having his stand destroyed. Or Appa: loyal, humble, there for you when you need to be lifted up, and with a tale [sic] that packs a wallop. Not to mention people at work are always riding me.
2. I'm with you. Iroh, no question. Easily my favorite character in the series.
3. Could be Sokka, but that would be solely for his eating habits. More likely my patience and sense of humor make people think Iroh. Which is fine by me.
