Yes, I know it's not writing related, but it's Joseph L. Selby related. The PodgeCast came in at number 20 on iTunes' "other" gaming podcast list today. This marks the highest we've ever reached on that list, and signals a very positive trend for the show as a whole. I look forward to the day we hit number 1. :)

I've been reading Lois McMaster Bujold's "Miles" series. I began with Cordelia's Honor, which was right up my alley. So I continued on with Young Miles and now Miles, Mystery, & Mayhem. The relationship between Miles and his father, Aral, is masterful, and I am glad I took my friend's suggestion to buy this book. I often start books but never finish. Very few are capable of holding my interest all the way through. This series can now be added to the list.

I have been asked by a good friend to postpone my adventure retirement for just a few days. It seems they are short one adventure for their regional finale. While normally I would have declined--I have a novel to write!--he is a good friend ad worth the effort. A few days of determined focus and I should be able to knock out something solid.

The Dyvers finale in Kansas City was a resounding success. The adventures were well received, and the final interactive was the perfect conclusion to 9 years of regional adventures and a 3-year plotline. It was the culmination of an incredible effort on the part of a lot of people.
